In compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, in its article 14, we inform you that the European Commission facilitates and makes available to you an online dispute resolution platform. Consumers may submit their claims through this platform, which is available at the following  link: https://webgate.acceptance.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/ 

This Platform has been available since July 2018, and its operation is summarized:

The complaining party must complete the online complaint form hosted on the Platform and send it. The form allows you to attach supporting documents for the claim.

Upon receipt of the fully completed claim form, the Platform will process the claim and send it to the claimed party.

The parties must agree on the alternative resolution entity that will process the claim. Once the parties reach an agreement, the claim is sent to the agreed alternative resolution entity. If this agreement is not reached, within a period of 30 calendar days the claim cannot continue to be processed.

The alternative resolution entity will have a period of 90 calendar days from receipt of the claim file to resolve the plating conflict.

Prices

madeinfiko.com guarantees the price at the time you make your purchase, regardless of when the delivery is made. All prices shown on our website include the corresponding legal tax.

Preparation of your order

madeinfiko.com guarantees the freshness of all the products that appear on its website, therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of all of them at all times and in the volumes requested, and it may happen that we have to manufacture the order placed with the consequent delay in your shipment.

Delivery of your order

The order will be delivered where you indicate. Previously, the website will analyze if there is delivery availability in the indicated zip code.

madeinfiko.com guarantees the reception of the products in the best quality conditions.

madeinfiko.com will not assume any responsibility for delay in the delivery of orders or for products not delivered when due to cases of force majeure, understood as non-culpable events that are impossible to foresee or that, being foreseeable, were unavoidable.

Cancellation of orders

madeinfiko.com reserves the right to unilaterally cancel all or part of the orders for specific reasons, reimbursing, where appropriate, the amount paid by the customer, except for the expenses accrued in the order process, if applicable. In the event that the merchandise has been delivered, the user will have to take charge of the entire order. Sometimes, in order to ensure that it is not a fraudulent operation, madeinfiko.com may require you to complete certain information or provide other additional information. The refusal to provide this information will prevent madeinfiko.com from carrying out the necessary checks regarding the authenticity of the order. In these cases, madeinfiko.com will have the right to cancel or annul the order as fraudulent.

Returns and refunds policy

According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of March 16 November, the consumer has 14 business days from receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase, rendering the contract null and void.

PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• All orders are made on the day by hand. They can be canceled as long as the cancellation is communicated before 7 hours of the time of order, the cancellation will not have any cost.

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact by e-mail hello@madeinfiko.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem is. We will not accept changes or returns if we have not previously received notification.

Guarantee

In the event of a product in poor condition, madeinfiko.com will proceed, as appropriate, to the replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

In the case of perishable products, the claim period is 24 hours from the delivery of the order. madeinfiko.com, if required, reserves the right to request photos, the supporting document of the claim, or the collection of the product, so that the incident can be duly treated and analyzed by our Quality Department.

Payment at madeinfiko.com can be made in different ways, which can be chosen by the customer at the time of formalizing their purchase.

By means of the following credit or debit cards on the website as the last step of the purchase: Visa / Visa Electron / MasterCard / Maestro. madeinfiko.com guarantees total security of your transactions, by having the most current technological means in terms of security protocols.

madeinfiko.com does not have access to your bank details nor does it store them on its servers.
